I have been working annually since 2011 in several different productions and pieces, working with and exploring through baroque dance techniques and/or aestetics.

Most recently have been performing and choreographing together with Karin Modigh the piece Récréation, one part of three in the performance Dialects/Dialogues. A dance concert that a gives space for dialogue between pieces created by contempoary baroque dance choreographers. Which together showcase a palette of the dialects in the field of contemporary baroque dance.

The piece Récréation is the first piece working with baroque dance that I have been part as a choreographer in its creation. It is a explorative research in how to work with baroque dance techniques and qualia but with more contemporary choreographic practices. It travels through the somatic experience of baroque dance, into expanded experiential abstractions of certain steps and twist itself into a monument of ornamentations.

Other choreographers and pieces in baroque dance that I have been with: Marie-Geneviève Massé (Ode to Nature, Renaud et Armide and Medee et Jason, Don Juan)  and Deda Cristina Colonna (Armide).
Artistic director of Nordic Baroque Dancers is Karin Modigh
